RETURN REQUEST

If you need to return an item to us, please send us a reply email from your order confirmation – that way we will have all of your details regarding who you are and what the product is thus making it extremely easy.  We will then send you a form to fill out, thus then supplying you the correct return address – thank you.

LODGEMENT OF RETURN MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY – NO EXCEPTIONS!

SHOEI.COM.AU DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

HELMETS

·         Intercoms

(Unless on an extremely rare circumstance that Shoei.com.au have sent out the incorrect item)

SHOEI.COM.AU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE:

·         Visors

·         Helmet Liners & Parts

·         IF YOUR RETURN APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED:

o   Item being returned must be SEALED as per original condition, unused, undamaged.  The item can not have been fiited or used in anyway, as we will not accept it.  Shoei.com.au DO NOT accept ripped or torn/damaged packages.  We will NOT accept the item if the packaging has sticky tape on it or it is ripped/torn.  We need to be able to resell the item without any issues.

o   Item must be returned to Shoei.com.au within 5 business days at your expense.

The returned item will be investigated in person once it arrives.  Should the returned item not meet the requirements and have been used, damaged and not in original condition - Shoei.com.au reserve the right to refuse the item returned and charge return postage costs back to the customer.

ALL RETURNS WILL INCUR A 10% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS A POSTAGE FEE OF $24.95

FREIGHT CHARGES:

Freight charges incurred in returning items back and forth to Shoei.com.au will be at the customers expense (unless Shoei.com.au is at fault).

IMPORTANT: WHY SHOEI.COM.AU DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON MOTORCYCLE HELMETS:

Helmets are a crucial safety item whilst riding a motorcycle.  We value our customers safety and will not sell a used or damaged helmet.  Once a helmet leaves our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the helmet.  Therefore, we do not exchange or refund helmets – so please chose carefully!
